This contract comprises the detailed construction of a gorgeous house with amazing sea views together with the associated external work including Piling and earthworks. The house needed to be constructed in a manner to survive the harsh elements that the Indian Ocean throws for decades to come, but also to blend in with the amazing local countryside.
